I have found the quality of clothes at Zara to be good, but a purse I bought for $70.00 at a different location turned out to be cheap and was already ripped inside! I only noticed afterwards unfortunately. And yet Zara always has an air of superiority as you will notice from many of the people that work here. Maybe a year ago I heard the manager of the men's department yell at a customer because he took off the tag of something he tried on. Sure that was stupid, but it happens. She came to confront him and he denied it. Apparently Zara cannot sell an item once the tags been removed, that's why she was so angry. (How would a customer know this rule?) The way he was treated was unbelievable. I also didn't like they way the manager spoke to her employees. She was very rough and pushy at times. They will certainly provide good customer service here at times, but really scope up out the young customers who come in groups. They will stare them down, sure that they are only here to shop lift. It takes a VERY long time for them to check the back stock as it is not even located within the store, but across the alley. I like the clothes, but the environment is definitely not one I feel comfortable in. Definitely not worth it.
