As one of the original members of crossfit uprising I could not be more please in the results I have seen thus far. Through the hard work of coach/trainer Jared I have pushed myself harder than I ever thought possible. Each WOD (workout of the day) helps people gain endurance and strength through explosive movements. If you are smart enough to join you will be pushed to be a better athlete/person than you ever thought possible.
Why waste your money at a gym where you get on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then do your normal workouts such as bench press, inclined dumbbell press, etc? As someone who used to be a decent athlete back in the 80's I find it exhilarating doing the WOD. The type of people who workout at crossfit uprising run the gambit of high school athletes trying to improve to woman trying to get in the best shape of their lives. The comradery that you have at crossfit uprising is unmatched at any other gym I have been at. Everyone there is working towards their goal of becoming a better person and with the help of coach Jared I can say that I am on my way.
