  • I cannot recommend this place. The guy came out, I paid $89.99, he looked at my freezer door that would only open about 4 inches, had me take all contents out and put in an ice chest, then he said he had to order a part and would call the next day. He did not call...I had to call his company, who in turn had him call me. He seemed very disinterested in my situation. Three days later, I did the same...called him, he called back and said "oh yeah, they don't sell the part I need so I can't fix your freezer." I'm out $89.99 for that! I should have called a licensed LG repairman instead of this place! Beware!!!
