  • Our first experience here was excellent. Excellent customer service, nice selection and overall nice atmosphere. The second experience was less than sub-par. The employee working in the cigar case was absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He acted like he knew everything there was to know, made a nasty comment at myself for something I had said about a particular type cigar and to top it off gave my husband the WORST customer service upon asking if he was in the military. He asked my husband if he had his military ID, which he does not carry. The employee then scoffed and treated my husband poorly for the rest of the transaction, simply because he does not carry his ID. Mind you my husband at no time asked for a military discount. He rolled his eyes every time he walked past my husband for the rest of the night and also did not refill our drinks every time he walked past and hey we're empty. This employee ruined our evening and made the determination that we will NOT return. We will say that the owner and employee who worked at the bar that night were great, unfortunately this employee truly ruined our experience.
