  • Found this place through Living Social and even checked reviews prior to purchasing. Called and scheduled the appointment with a lady, who sounded half asleep and even at times sounded like she was slurring her words. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and went through with scheduling the appointment. She told me they would be calling me the day before they were to come clean my tile and go over preparations and give me a better idea on what time they would be coming. That day came and I never got a call. I called them first thing the next morning to confirm that they were still coming that day and got their voicemail. I continued to try and reach them, but still no answer, so I ended up leaving a voicemail. Several hours later still no return call back. I tried calling one last time and the same lady who had scheduled the original appointment picked up the phone and told me she didn't have me down for an appointment today. Once again it sounded like she was slurring her words. She acted as if this was the first time she had talked to me when I had just talked to her less than two weeks prior! She told me she could then schedule me in another week, I told her don't bother I would be contacting Living Social for a refund! Completely unprofessional and flaky!! DO NOT use this company!!
