There are altleast 8 people in this location this morning. All are friendly, very busy looking. The store cleanliness is something I've overlooked because this place is close to work and home. It's time I said something and called their corporate office. There are other Phoenix locations that seem to have undergone a face-lift so maybe this one will get one soon. My main complaint and only complaint at this point is the 5 flies that are sitting on the large windo sill. This is the 2nd time in about 4 months that I've asked if they have a fly swatter and I get a "no sorry we don't." Then they all return to their very busy seeming tasks. During the morning and lunch time the place doesn't seem to get cleaned on the regular. It gets alot of traffic coming in and out all day so I'm sure it's difficult to keep the place clean however, all the more reason for someone on staff to do a regular on the hour walk through to clean the place AND kill the flies. If you are working with food you probably need to get rid of the flies sitting on the window sill. Tables stay dirty, I've been here for about 30 minutes and all of them stay busy behind that counter. The windows are dirty also.
Please, if anyone from Starbucks is reading this, respond on Yelp please. I probably will call their customer service number. One bathroom door is sticking and doesn't close properly.
Do something guys and most of all, don't dismiss a complaint like flies are in your store and several - do something about it.
Also, just saw a guy wipe down his own chair and table.
