| - Awful experience. Worst Groupon purchase I have ever made! Had originally scheduled a appointment that I had to cancel. I noticed on my groupon account that it said redeemed, so I called to see what was up, the receptionist proceeded to call me a liar about ever cancelling my appointment to begin with and said he was the only one to answer the phones there and I never called to cancel. I felt attacked and caught off guard. Maybe I didn't cancel, I had so many appointments and so much had been going on, so I apologized. But, even if I was mistaken it was completely unprofessional. Then he told me he would give me one more chance for apt, without a option to reschedule, I wasn't thrilled about this but I didn't want to wash my money down the drain so I rescheduled. I wish I hadn't.
When I came in for my appointment I was totally creeped out by the optometrist, something about him rubbed me the wrong way. After my exam was done I picked the most basic frames I could, in a hurry to get out. The staff proceeded to try to up sell my frames. While the guy that was getting me set up was doing his thing a couple that came in before me were checking out, they too were getting the hard sales pitch by what seemed to be a new staff member. After that couple left the receptionist called that new person to a back room where he proceeded to scold her about not making the sale.
I would never go back here, this would and could be a great deal if it wasn't for the entire staff. The receptionist was absolutely the worst person I have ever dealt with in a professional situation such as this. He could possibly own this place given the way he presented himself, not good for business.
