rev:text	Attempted to make an appointment for this weekend. Coming from out of town and initially emailed a week ago for an appointment. Someone called the next day but didn't leave a voicemail. I returned the call and no one answered so I too left a voicemail. No one ever returned my call. Pretty disappointing since we love visiting this casino when we are in Phoenix. Another spa will be getting our business this weekend instead!
