  • Very poor experience at this Dutch Bro's tonight. Young lady employee spent at least 15 minutes just chatting with the 2 cars in front of us. It was so long there was no car at the drive up window and another young lady came out and finally took our order. To add insult to a bad experience the First Lady kept talking to the car in front of us at the window and heard her say " oh gosh I need to take your order". I am used to waiting patiently and chatting with the very friendly and nice employees, but this young girl needs to know its a job and not her social hour.
