  • Warning: do not order from custom hide. I ordered a bag on 12/2/2013 from them and intended for it to be a gift to someone in mid-january. When I ordered the bag they told me it would take 4 weeks to make the bag. After 8 weeks and no word, I contacted the company to ask when the bag would be finished. They told me it would be finished and shipped on February 4. I finally received notice that they shipped the bag on 2/9/2014 scheduled to arrive to me on 2/17/2014. However, the company never even dropped off the bag with UPS. When I called them, they said they never shipping the bag with UPS and I'd have to continue to wait. I told them I had the shipping label with them and they insisted that they don't ship their products via UPS. However, I had an email from them with the tracking and I paid for UPS shipping when I ordered the product. The company is a mess and I don't know if I'll ever receive the bag. Do not purchase from them. Update: received the bag and it is defective. The locks did not work and I wasn't even able to open the bag. Have to ship back and wait longer as it was defective.
