The food was good. The service was superior. My litmus test for dim sum is shu mai. Harbor Palace dim sum was comparatively larger than most. It was 3 bite shu mai, light on black mushroom and flavor but still good. I also had their tripe and turnips, another good dish if I'd had room I would have had the wine blanched tripe.
It's definitely worth a visit. I was pleasantly surprised to find a female chef showcased on the wall. I'd pass on the noodles and soy sauce. They were dry and unremarkable. Save your stomach real estate for one of their tastier dishes. The staff was really nice and welcoming. I'll go back for sure.
