  • not another chance.. careless and wasted clients time. i called beforehand and asked for a specific hair color, and they told me to come in and they would do it. so i drove there and repeated what i wanted, but was now told they didnt have the color, but i could buy it myself and bring it in. did that - drove there again - and was then told they were only allowed to use a specific brand of hair color on clients. poor communication and business skills.
