  • This was my first time going into a T-Mobile store, and I was greeted by a bunch of young men about my age, bumping the new Kendrick Lamar album. Totally awesome. They made conversation with me, were fast and thorough, answered my questions, and the friendly man helping me even gifted me a tool to remove my SIM card. It was a pleasant experience for me to be taken care of like that.
