  • I wrote to the Corporate office and they assured me that they didn't "intend" for my vacation to be ruined. I told them to check out the reviews online as they really did not understand the mess this hotel is in. However, things have not changed here so obviously they do not care. I also complained to the health department (mold, plumbing issues, locked balconies, locked doors on the stairways) but they seem to not care as well. So, my only advice to all of you is to not stay here. If you do have a problem, complain to the corporate office.
