  • Once again we are totally blown away by another restaurant at the Wynn. We have been to many of the restaurants at the Wynn and Encore and La Cave rates right up there as excellent. Service by Melissa was superb, friendly and very professional and pleasant. As well, Aaron the GM dropped by our table, greeted us, helped the wait staff and was exceptionally cordial as we chatted about the restaurant and his career at the Wynn. I always find it very nice when management takes a serious interest in meeting the needs of their guests. Kudo's to Aaron and Melissa. The food is small plate. Everything was exceptionally tasty and other than the salmon that we were a bit disappointed in, everything from the flatbreads to the charcuterie plate to the crab lettuce wraps were wonderfully prepared and beautifully presented. We are not real wine drinkers, but we did enjoy a nice Moscato with our meal and Aaron let me know that La Cave has the largest beer selection of any of the restaurants at the Wynn. This alone is a reason for me to go back and enjoy some craft brews, with a charcuterie board out on the patio. We are so happy that we finally "found" La Cave and are looking forward to going back.
