  • I've been here a couple of times for my dog's leg surgery. This is the only place in NV that has MRI machine for animals, so I had no choice. Thought about going to CA, but my vet doctor recommended this place so I settled. One thing that freaked me out was this lady receptionist was so nasty, didn't even say "Hi." or anything when I walked in to check in. She "THREW" new patient form on the desk and told me to fill out in very nasty way. 5 minutes later, she came over to us in the waiting area with the biggest smile on her face and kneeled down and started kissing my dog saying all kinds of nice things about me and my dog. WTF?! That was scary. Completely different personality in 5 min?! I've met a lot of people with bipolar but she was hardcore... Anyways, they have a couple of doctors here and they are all nice and professional. Dr. Mason did my dog's surgery. He explained everything about my dog's condition in detail. He was very nice. They have a dog treadmill in water!! Their therapists in the rehabilitation room were also very nice and helpful. Hopefully, my dogs won't need MRI taken anymore but if they do, I will come back here.
