Beautiful hotel however we got lost way too often. We stayed in one of the Forum tower rooms and they are very nice. They are also located next to the forum shop so thats a plus for people who like to shop at high end stores. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were feather down. Theres a flat screen tv and there is a dual head shower that can fit up to 10 people like on the real world lol so there is no tub. Room service did a really good job tidying up the room and my personal stuff. Automatic drapes were a plus so we didnt have to get up and do it. One thing I didnt like was there is a mini bar and snacks so if you pick up an item for more than 20 seconds it instantly charges your room. We were never warned about that and had some charges that we didnt do. They did prorate it for us but they should have a lock on the mini fridge. You can also request a fridge for your own food our drinks by calling house keeping. We also order room service for breakfast Saturday morning and it was not that great. My smoothie was watery and the hashbrowns were cold and dry. Toast was also dry and it taste like it was toasted before everything else was prepped. Only thing that was good was the basted eggs and the mini blueberry muffin that came with it. There is a $5 fee plus 18% gratuity also so I say skip room service unless u really cant.
