I just took my first class on a free trial week and loved it! Bryan was my instructor and he was extremely positive, motivating, kind in helping me learn the routine, and created a fun environment while still kicking our butts in the workout. :) I tend to do more strength-training workouts so this is a great way to get some cardio in via interval training on the treadmill (I'm not a runner but everything you need to know about speed, incline, etc is right in front of you...along with a built-in fan, YES). With some other classes you never really know if you are working hard enough or too hard, but your heart rate zone is color coded on a screen at OTF, so it is easy to check and keep yourself accountable. And having an accurate count of calories burned at the end of the class is a bonus, especially for those who log or count them! Will definitely be back!
