  • Had an issue with the delivery of a large outdoor BBQ grill. Was told the delivery wouldn't take place on the day it was supposed to. After speaking with the manager, he decided to deliver the item himself in his own pick-up truck. Excellent customer service and a smart fix to what was a small problem for them but an enormous problem for me. Thanks guys for keeping customer service a priority.
