  • We had a sudden emergency backup and couldn't flush the toilets or run the water. Everything was backing up in the house and continued outside so my husband said we had to call someone. I went to the internet and asked well, what about Roto-Rooter and he said, absolutely, it's what they do. They came like within a half hour of our call, knew exactly what and where our problem was and got right to work fixing it. I am so thankful for the expedient service and they were very nice, both the girl that answered the phone and the plumber that fixed our problem.
