  • Amazing Ice Cream! My friends in the Midwest rave about this place and now I know why. It's like I've never had real ice cream until now! I can see why others have commented on the confusion with the configuration of the store but I was told that typical Handels locations are walk-up windows so I'm happy this location allows you to walk in instead of stand outside. Not to get off topic, THE ICE CREAM IS AMAZING! You can tell that is where their focus and passion is. All of the flavors are made from scratch in the store. I had the Oreo Dough (Oreo and cookie dough), hands down my new favorite ice cream. Heavy, thick, perfect consistency and perfect mixin to scream ratio. Just 1 scoop will have you hooked!
