  • I wish there was a negative 17,000 stars I could give these jerks. RC Willey, for some ungodknown reason, uses them for extended warranty work. Yesterday, the tech that came out was friendly enough...said he'd order me a part and call me in a couple days. This morning I get a call at SEVEN FIFTY AM, telling me that "I need to have my maids take a paper clip and clean out the intake valve (or whatever it was...it was 7:50am.) and I'm not ordering a new part for you." He proceeded to tell me that they are not a cleaning service and I need to rinse off my dishes better. I countered with "RC Willey is paying you to fix my dishwasher that is not cleaning the top rack. And if it's a clog that is preventing it, then you should be unclogging it." He tells me again they are not a cleaning service. I tell him I'm not a dishwasher repair person. And guess what? If the tech had said "you need to clean this out...I can't do it, but here is what you need to do..." That would've been ok!! But I was told "I'm ordering you a part...I'll fix it in a couple days." End of story, no tutorial on how to clean an intake valve, nothing. RC Willey is sending out another company....thank you for that....but please, if you're a non-extended warranty person looking for a repairman, DO NOT CALL these guys. And if RC Willey refers you to them, ask for another company.
