rev:text	I needed two deadbolts installed and two doors rekeyed. I already purchased the deadbolts on my own. The day he was scheduled to come out, he called and left a voicemail that he was running late and would be here at a different time and to call if it's a problem. I had no problem with him running late. But, then it was 30 min past the new time he said he would be here and I hadn't heard anything from him so I called. He assumed I couldn't do the new time because I didn't return his call, when the message he left only said to return the call if i couldn't and I could. He did end up coming out to my house that evening. At this point I was a little frustrated. Later, I heard him cursing and I had to ask a few times why. He was hesitant to answer. Turned out he drilled the wrong size hole (too big) into my door because he didn't read the instructions for the locks I had. He had to come back the next day with a new deadbolt that would fit the hole that he drilled too big so the one I already purchased for $40 was not used. He seemed angry and irritated and I was uncomfortable with him being in my home with this poor attitude. When he finished with the deadbolts and I went to pay, I asked about the rekeys....he never did them. He never even offered or set up a time to come back and do them. I ended up paying another company to come out and rekey locks, which took 10-15min. I had a horrible experience and I DO NOT recommend Sparks Locksmith for installing locks.
