  • If you want to go platinum blonde do NOT go to Perla. Myself and 6 others have recently stopped going to her due to her lack of effort. She double books people (which can be nice for convenience) but it shows in the end results. She used the excuse that my hair wouldn't lift for about 6 sessions which ended up being pure laziness and leaving color bands every time I went to her. Note that I'm not the only one who stopped going to Perla just because of the color bands.... My first session going to someone else and my color bands disappeared. So again if you want a beautiful blonde, do not go to Perla unless you want orange or multi-colored blondes in your hair.
