The "sales representative" looked at my car and told me I must have had a wax recently (I did) and he stated I didn't need a wax job (well, I never asked for it because I knew I didn't need it.) Then, he asked when was it waxed last. I told him I don't need wax. Next, he rubbed a small portion of wax to test it. He asked me when was it waxed again, but he again said it was ok. I told him I don't need wax, again. Then, he started asking if I was interested in purchasing a wash/wax package that I could use later...really?!
He was so focused on selling wash/wax packages, but I just told him what I wanted in between the "hustle" sales pitch. He begrudgingly complied. He seemed disappointed.
They did wash my car. But not sure it's worth all the hustle and pressure to buy something you don't need.
