  • I had a nice experience at the Scottsdale location with David. I needed to sell a sterling pitcher and didn't have the time to sell it on eBay. He offered me a price about 70% of what I could get on eBay and met my counter offer. A competitor of theirs had just insulted me with "it's poor quality, sounds tinny and its silver plate". This piece was clearly hallmarked. The competitor offered me $25 bucks and told me to run to E D Marshalls if I thought I could do better there. I did.
