rev:text	Camden is one of the best apartment management companies I've lived at. I looked at this complex and a few others in the area a couple of months before moving in. Ultimately I chose this one for location, amenities, and for the staff being transparent with my lease, fees, etc. I picked up my keys May 2016 and lived there for the entirety of my 12 month lease. Overall, I personally had no major issues, and was very happy with my lease. Some minor issues I encountered were the following: refrigerator/freezer temperature control broke, trash not being picked up one time on a scheduled day, occassionally hearing my upstairs neighbor walk, and neighbors blasting their car music too loud after 9pm. Camden has a fantastic maintenance team that not only fixed my refrigerator but also took my trash to the dumpster when the valet trash company missed my container! As far as neighbors, it's an apartment complex so I don't expect it to be 100% quiet. One major issue that I personally didn't experience, but was a hassle for my guests, was visitor parking at night. The parking situation was less than desirable for guests or those with multiple cars. I had a garage with my unit, so I was very fortunate not to have to deal with the parking issue. The biggest reason I didn't renew my lease was that I needed to live closer to work. I work 50-55 hours a week and have a 45 minute on average commute to work. My lease renewal was higher than what I paid initially, but it wasn't enough to be considered unreasonable. I transferred to another Camden property that is closer to my work. The Camden staff is awesome! I recommend at least having a look at this property.
