rev:text	I have rented several properties before and this is the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. Just like some of the other reviews have said if I could give them no stars or negative stars I would. I am renting a townhouse through T.R.Lawing from the property owner. EVERY SINGLE TIME we need a technician person to come out to look at a repair they have to ask the owner. Which is ridiculous to have to wait for that response. if I say my refrigerator is leaking or my washing machine is not working then its a no brainer someone needs to come look at it, why I have to wait for the owner to respond is stupid and wasting time on getting the repair done. on top of that since we are in complex there is a HOA committee and heaven forbid we are given any info form the HOA committee. I had to use my lunch break to drive all the way across town to pick up our pool key because it was too much for them to email me and tell me of the meeting they had at the beginning of summer where everyone could pick up their pool key at the pool. Same thing when our parking lots got sealed, we were not told until the DAY OF that this was being done and luckily I was at work and my car wasn't towed from being left in the way. If there is an HOA committee as part of the complex it is T.R.Lawings responsibility to communicate all the info that is supposed to be going to people living on the property to us. I shouldn't have to call asking how to get a pool key. I love the area I'm in so as soon as my lease is up I'll be looking for somewhere else to live in the area and not renting through T.R.Lawing and I will be passing along how horrible they are to communicate with and work with.
