  • If I could give this place a 0 I would. I've been a customer for years and although it's always hard to get an appointment I've worked around their availability to bring my dog and mostly because she is afraid of being kenneled and this place does't do that. They've given me an attitude in the past when I was a little late picking her up or tried to drop her off a little earlier but I figured it's a small business and gave them a pass, this time around i am DONE!! Due to work I had to miss 2 appointments so I called and cancelled and apologized for the inconvenience. I called and left multiple voicemail messages trying to get an appointment and they would not call me back. Finally when I was able to get a hold of them they refused me as a customer and was told they no longer want my business there. This is the worse customer service i have ever encountered!!!! I've recommended this place to friends in the past but after this experience and the owners attitude I will no longer be referring anyone here and will let all of my friends and family know that are currently using this place to stop using their services. I am so disappointed i thought they were nice and the location was convenient but the attitude is absolutely unnecessary. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG THERE and if you do miss an appointment be ready to be refused service. HORRIBLE!!!
