| - The food is phenomenal, hands down! Love the atmosphere, from the pool tables upstairs to the old Italian booth seating in the dungeon. There are bars located on all 3 floors, super convenient and should make things go smoothly. It definitely has an edgy vibe, with interior and most guests doting black, slight goth meets new English pub. The pilgrim is a must try on the menu, also the chicken pot pie will make you feel like your home. I give four stars simply because of the service. While I attended the soft opening and after several times, I was highly disappointed in the service. Granted, I've taken into account soft openings and openings in general, but it seemed as though most of these servers/bartenders didn't have a clue as to how you actually serve patrons. From having staff just stare at me when I come in without speaking, to being completely forgotten about at a table and having to ask for someone else to bring drinks, silverware and eventually food, amongst other things that aren't necessary to explain. It's a great place, decor, food, liveliness, but the staff sure needs some training in plain old customer service. Will I go back? Yes, because the food is that brilliant.
