  • WORST experience ever. The Agency operator Vic Seevaratnam gave me the worst car renting experience. We were about half an hour late returning the car and he saw an opportunity to charge us for a full extra day and more. My wife got upset and wanted to speak to someone higher up but not only did he not allow us to do that but he told my wife and myself to LEAVE and added another $10 the final bill for arguing the price. We ended up paying almost $70 more for being half an hour late ( due to traffic and bad weather ). I am never dealing with Avis again. Enterprise and Hertz and zipcar are much much much better.
