| - We had free buffet meals as part of our Aria room reservation with Orbitz. We went around 5:30 on a Wednesday night before a concert.
We were seated quickly, but unfortunately right below an air conditioning vent which froze me and cooled the food. .
Our server Kyle brought drinks while we got food. He kept our dirty plates cleared and our glasses full. He had many tables to care for.
Lots of fresh salad items--pears, goat cheese, roasted pumpkin, beets, wheat berries, melons, several dressings, etc.
My favorite entree was the pot roast with mashed potatoes and carrots; it was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. The masala and chicken curry with basmati rice were also delicious with naan bread, hummus and cucumber sauce (I can't spell the correct name).
Creamed corn was a good side.
My husband loved the tomato bisque soup, prime rib, crab legs and steamed clams with melted butter, Brussels sprouts, rotisserie chicken and sushi.
The chicken taquitos and cheese lasagna were bland.
They had a nice selections of desserts, including gluten free and sugar free pies, cakes, gelato, cookies, flan, pudding, cannoli, etc.
We probably won't eat here again as the M resort south of the strip has a better, less expensive buffet.
