  • My kitchen faucet was leaking, so I contacted ABC to take a look. Their service charge was higher than average to begin with ($79), but this turned out to be the least of my concerns. The plumber told me just for the repairs it would be around $353 and to replace a Moen faucet would be $700-900. He then said that with the services today, he could sell me the faucet they carry for $600. While he was in the truck, I looked up Moen faucets from multiple companies and could not find a single one for over $300, not to mention they have a lifetime guarantee, which he failed to mention. He was really trying to make a hard sale and continued to request to speak with my husband as if I was incapable of relaying the information or make the decision on my own. Again, this was the least of my problems with this company.
