rev:text	Every time I come to this location I get rude techs and pushy sales men. I brought my grandpa here yesterday, a 94 year old man, who can barely hear or make choices for himself, to get an oil change. My fiancé and I went across the street to goodwill to shop, and because my grandpa was sitting in the chairs they provide with coffee I thought he'd be okay. We came back ten minutes later to find him being conned into getting a credit card to pay for tires he couldn't afford. Then when he didn't have his cell phone to be approved for the card they got frustrated with him because they already started taking the wheels off his car. Phil, being the most rude of them all, asked us very rudely if we still wanted the tires, and because my grandpa couldn't get clearance on his card, I told him no thank you, but not before he threw his hands up in the air as if to say, "well do you want them or not". He then stomped outside to tell his staff to put the old tires on the car. He should be mad at himself for starting before my grandfather was approved, even though he shouldn't have been conned into getting one in the first place. I feel as though they waited until we left to ask him, as he was an easy target. I'm more upset about the lack of customer service, however, and the fact that I was talked to with such disrespect by Phil. Almost as if I wasn't a customer at all but a nuisance to his business despite being a loyal customer HE INTERACTS WITH on a normal basis when I come for services. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I will NEVER come back to this location. I will go out of my way to take our cars to a different location or to another company in general.
