  • My best friend is getting married and she ended up getting her dress from here. She was lucky enough to find the dress of her dreams and her initial experience was amazing! Now... Onto the brides maids. I honestly don't have enough words to describe how AWFUL our experience was. The associate who was supposed to help us was Kate. She knew nothing about the dresses, wasn't interested in helping us, and seemed SO bothered every time we asked her a question. She did not once come over and ask if we were doing ok. I personally had to go find other dresses and run around barefoot in the store like a mad woman. I wish I had two more hands so I can give this experience four thumbs down...Kate, if you get the chance to read this, you need to realize that this day is some women's most important day of their lives. Stop ruining the experience with your nasty attitude. If you didn't want to help for some odd reason, you should have passed us on to someone else.
