  • CHECK YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PIC UP COUNTER!! CONTRACT CHANGES MUST BE MADE ON THE SAME DAY YOU PICK THE CAR UP! THEY WILL ADD FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE! I rented from budget in lvs, i very clearly denied any additional insurances, pick the car up and there was a $62 charge for insurance. FRAUD. there is no way she misunderstood me. when i tried to have the charge reversed when i dropped the car off the would not. Frank the manager was an utter ass about it to. Badgering, insulting and generally mocking - one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had.
