  • This store certainly has a focus on customer service! I had previously brought numerous pieces in for appraisal and Liz not only completed the work (which was extensive) but under a very tight deadline because we were due to travel in a few days. Recently my husband was interested in purchasing a new watch and Liz referred us to Hugh who was extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He brought in a watch from NY (overnight) because we were going out of town)and the entire process was seamless and wonderful. Can't say enough about our two interactions with the staff at EDMarshall and would highly recommend them!
