  • Really interesting concept -- a Japanese take on Italian food -- very well executed. It has mostly traditional pasta dishes with Japanese ingredients and attention to detail, but there are some more conventional Japanese options, too, like beef bowls. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, a city of great restaurants. Lunch specials, seven days a week, are great value (some are $8!), with discounts on beer and appetizers and dessert, so a full meal with multiple items could be $20. Service everywhere I go tends to be very good, but this place stands out for being extremely friendly and anticipating your needs; better service than at many $200+/person restaurants.
