What happened to the customer service here? Employees on my last couple visits have been lazy and unwilling to help, with an unprofessional attitude - if not downright rude.
Also, this location no longer prioritizes FedEx shipment dropoffs. They used to, and they really still should since the whole interaction of scanning a package and providing a receipt literally takes about 10 seconds. Instead, I've waited 10+ minutes the last couple times I've only needed to drop off a package and get a receipt, because i got stuck in line behind multiple people who needed packing or printing services.
There's little reason to use FedEx over competitors if the staff are disinterested and the dropoff process is inefficient.
