  • The manager, I think his name was Reuben, is completely unprofessional. He treats his coworkers badly and pays no attention to customers. On multiple occasions I have seen this type of behavior. Tonight I waited 20 minutes to be asked for my order in the drive thru. Turns out Reuben was the one not taking the orders, he didn't apologize for it. This isn't okay. Won't be visiting this McDonald's location again.
