  • I came in to get 30 brochures printed and bound. First the guy told me to go to a self service printer to print them. I explained we needed a nicer paper because they were brochures. He begrudgingly helped me. All were printed and the guy was halfway through binding them when he stopped, asked me for my contact info because he would finish them in a few hours because he was going to take another order. I explained 3 times that I needed them sooner than a few hours and nearly had to beg him to finish binding them. 10 minutes later he was finished.
