  • After 3 years of coming here, I will no longer return!!!! First, every time I get my car washed, I come with my car that already has some water spots due to the irrigation system in my house. They usually never had a problem taking out the water spots, but today, they only took out half the water spots on the rest of the car but left the entire front of the car full of water spots and refused to clean it. They told me it was stuck and when I tried rubbing it off with my own hand, it came off. They just did not want to put in any elbow grease to take it off. This place already over charges for car washes so I expect a good job but today, I did not get a good job done on my car and they didn't even bother to vacuum the part where my daughter's car seat is. The manager of the carwash was incredibly rude and told me he did not want to take off those spots cuz it would take more elbow grease to do it and they didn't have time for that.....even though I pid for the executive car wash! If that's the case, I no longer have time to go to that car wash. I usually tip 5 to $10, but today I did not leave them anyting after what happened. Here's a tip, don't piss off your loyal customers and clean their car right. I hope your manager's laziness was worth a 3 year long customer who got her car washed frequently and who tipped very well!
