I actually can't believe a system like this still exists! I think the only other location in the world that uses the "Grab a number and wait system" is the Deli, and even that might be more advanced....
This is the WORST line I have ever seen in my life. My trip to TMC was made in order return equipment. I have been there twice, and had to leave because either the location closed, and I was never called, or because I do not have 3 hours to wait over my lunch break. THERE HAS TO BE an easy way to do this.
Here TWC - I'll give you an idea.
Create a drop box at your location, search my equipment's serial # and link it to my account, and send me a confirmation email stating that you received my equipment!!!!!!
I'm literally trying to give you your stuff back and I can't because your system is trash....
Improve literally anything with this location.
