  • I've been coming here since it was just a Kinkos- I've also witnessed the deterioration in service and quality. They installed a new Fedex counter- great, but there are NO supplies such as packing slips- ergo long lines and wait times. It's Christmas and they only have one person staffed for the entire store. It's sad to see a place I used a lot for my business to become a place I will now be avoiding.
