  • This was my first visit here and the only reason I came is because is was 830pm and my normal nail shop was closed. I came for a gel pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow waxing. I dont see myself coming back. Simply said, the customer service was lacking. Everytime a customer came in the door the staff talked among themselves how they didnt want to assist anyone else. I attempted to get the most expensive pedicure offered which was called "Happy Feet" only to be told by Anna the cheaper one was better. She actually coerced me to get the $30 pedicure instead of the $40 pedicure. The pedicure was also lacking and rushed, Anna did a horrible job with exfoliating my feet. She also didnt paint my toes with the correct color combination I asked for. When I went to go pay, there were night fees added on that I was never told about or are displayed in the business anywhere. Anna told me that the owner had a right to charge them. I told her that should be disclosed to the customers up front. I feel duped, I received the worst manicure and pedicure and was overcharged for these services. I came to relax after a tough week only to be taken advantage of. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!!!!
