  • I get a call from Midway saying my car has a recall and asking when I can come in. I make an appointment for Saturday morning. When I get there, they have no record of my appointment, and the guy starts talking about how be "doesn't even know if they have the part." He shovels me into the waiting room and implies I'll be waiting here indefinitely until the car is/isn't done. I also keep receiving calls from them trying to sell me the same car I bought from them three months ago. It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and we the customers pay the price.
