  • Over 6 years ago when I bought my first Honda vehicle, I was told I would get a complimentary car wash each time I brought my civic in for service. After loyally following the maintenance schedule throughout these years, I have only had my car washed once. And I know exactly why this is! It's because this week was the first time I brought my civic to Richmond Hill Honda instead of the usual Lakeshore Honda by my home. Other factors that set this Honda dealership apart from my usual location... - shorter wait times - calling me by name when I returned to pick up my car Now that's what I call great customer service!
