  • Do not waste your time. Had an awful experience. 1 and 15 minutes for a simple oil change and I had an appointment. Today we made a 10am appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. We arrived at 9:45am and Kent was at the check-in area. He was working on some paperwork and ignored us for 15 minutes. He was rude and didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there. Finally we were able to check the vehicle in. The vehicle sat in the parking lot until 10:15am. The service wasn't completed until 11:00am. Then we we got to wait for another 9 minutes to checkout. This service advisor was on the phone and also ignored us. The lack of customer service is really disappointing. Additionally, The technician drove our car after doing the oil change with filthy greasy clothes with no seat protector or floor protector. This is so unprofessional. I can't believe the management of this store allows this customer service. After the tech "Eric" returned with vehicle he then hung out at the cashier station while other customers were waiting on their vehicles for approximately 15 minutes until another employee told him to get to work they had customers waiting.
