rev:text	this company is the worst I've ever encountered. first they do false advertising showing 39.99 but when they come to the house stating 69.99, the communications between the techs and the office is horrible, and to top it off the tech was rude. while I was on the phone to resolve the price issue the tech drove away right in front of me after the lady from the office asked him to stay till she sees what they can do, but not before getting angry with the office receptionist that she shouldn't be telling customers it's 39.99 and yes this was through my phone. my advise is to not use this company.
