If i was able to leave a negative star I would!!!! By far the worst customer service I have ever seen!!!!! first they told me I could not pick up my item i already paid for because i have an appointment for 30 minutes from the time i showed up, then had me call the cooperate number and speak to them and see if they could realese my tablet as im on hold a manager comes up and explains to the girl how to get it for me and then does the process on the comouter. I ask her if i can hang up if she had it and she acted like she had no idea what i was talking about. i stayed on hold and finally got a rep on the line after being transferred 4 times (isn't that their job) the lady on the phone had no idea why they couldn't release it and said they should be able to. I told them what cooperate said and the girl goes oh now we cant i dont know what they are talking about. i had to leave to be somewhere and said its ridiculous you guys cant get your shit together then the lady tells me not to come back to the store i said i have a paid product waiting here to be picked up i will be back. she then threatened and said yea we'll see if i let you. .. i then called another sprint store and the guy was beyond helpful and couldn't understand why they did that either i went down there got my tablet with no issue. this stores people are disgusting and sprint should be ashamed to have those kind of people represent their company
